[yapc] IRC in the dorms

If you're in the dorms (or will be), IRC is blocked right now.  I believe there will be something setup to get around being blocked.  You may already have your own way to get around it, but if not (and you don't have any particular way in mind), I'm using a web-based IRC client - 
http://ircatwork.com/.  Works for me so far.
