Why not change the name of the module to just Pages? The articles module isn't
xararticles. The categories module isn't xarcategories. This is the only one
with the "xar" prefix. Well, I guess there are a few others: xarcachemanager,
xartinymce, etc.
Perhaps someone registered a module called "pages" at some point... but maybe
it would be possible to take over that name. Eminent domain.
Seems like a find & replace would suffice for the necessary coding changes. I
guess people who use "pages" as a module alias might run into problem. Not
sure how that would be dealt with.
Why change it to Pages? It sounds better. It's easier for people to
understand. When I'm talking to a colleague, they'll intuit what I mean when I
say the Pages module, whereas "xarpages" requires an explanation. I just think
it's best to use a real word.
As a side benefit, URLs would be shorter in situations where the name of the
module is in the URL... when the page name isn't used as a module alias.
