·         SOAP/XML concepts

·         Spring IOC/AOP experience

·         Axis/Axis2.0/CrossFire experience

·         experience with whitebox testing/JUNIT

·         performance tuning

·         java profiling

·         JDK/JaveEE6

·         Excellent communication, self-motivated, fast learner, team player, leadership skills, proactive.
