         SOAP/XML concepts

         Spring IOC/AOP experience

         Axis/Axis2.0/CrossFire experience

         experience with whitebox testing/JUNIT

         performance tuning

         java profiling

         JDK/JaveEE6

         Excellent communication, self-motivated, fast learner, team player, leadership skills, proactive.
