 Senior Java Developer - 6+Mths

 

Description:

• Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST !!!
• 3+ years experience developing in Java 1.5+ (Required)
• 3+ years experience using Oracle database management system (DBMS) and PL/SQL (Required)
• Microsoft Office skills
• 3+ years experience using J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) methodology (JSF/AJAX/_javascript_) (Required)
• 3+ years experience using HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and XML (eXtensible Markup Language) (Required)
• 3+ years experience using RAD (Rational Application Developer) application development skills or other eclipse based tool (Required)

 

Other:
- Ability to use multiple tools and techniques to facilitate the design, development, and integration of business systems
- 3+ years experience using a wide range of technical systems or expertise in a more narrow range
- Ability to develop increasingly complex business systems
- Ability to contingency plan, analyze systems for efficiencies, and develop test case scenarios
- Knowledge of multiple business functional / technical areas
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and orally) with all levels of audiences
- 2+ years experience using SOA (service-oriented architecture) and experience with developing Webservices

Programming skills:
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts
- 2+ years experience using Agile Scrum methodologies and their application
- 2+ years experience using Websphere 6.1+
- Experience and good working knowledge of Rational Version control tools (ClearCase/ClearQuest)

Experience and good working knowledge of change management processes.
