Description:Â The custom object team have faced a number of challenges:Â

1) Identifying more complex reports coming in future migration waves than expected, and

3) Not getting the productivity out of their offshore team that they expected.Â

Â

Based upon these issues, they need urgent help to prevent setting themselves up for failure by not completing objects and causing organizations to surf to future waves because their objects are not complete.Â

Skills Needed:Â

Â

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ 5 years of Crystal Reports Design/Build experience,

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ 5 years of Strong Oracle SQL Â- PL/SQL stored procedure development will likely be a part of the solutions

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Excellent Comm. skills

ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Experience in Financial Services
