Description
· Research, analyze, design and implement appropriate Cognos data packages for business users;
· Design and develop reports using Cognos;
· Maintain knowledge of Client data models and data dictionary for the purpose of maintaining Cognos packages and enhancing user awareness of business data
· Educate and provide knowledge transfer to report developers and business users on Cognos tool and best practices
· Maintain security of Client data assets through the administration of Cognos features
Required
· 3 or more years of applied experience developing data packages in Cognos;
· 3 or more years of applied experience developing reports using Cognos;
· 2 or more years of applied experience with Oracle 11g;
· 5 or more years of applied experience with SQL and SQL-tuning;
· 3 or more years of retirement systems business knowledge
