Position 1: WebSphere Portal and iLog rules engine Consultant
Key Words: BPM, Business Process Management, BRMS, Business Rules Management Server, WebSphere, Lombardi, ILOG, JRules
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert around BPM/BRMS technologies and analysis methodology.
• Specifically: + BRMS-ILOG JRules + IBM BPM Blueprint and WebSphere Lombardi Edition + WebSphere Process Server
• Lead projects through all phases of strategy, discovery, architecture, design, development and deployment
• Demonstrate technical expertise through certification on BPM/BRMS products
· Serve as thought leader in assigned areas
· Apply broad application and system architecture and design capabilities over many technologies to implement secure, robust, transactional and service oriented architectures
· Understand the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance
· Understand the customer business strategy and goals to develop technology solutions that deliver the required business value
· Communicate effectively with clients and interact with client's management staff
· Understand and apply design and modeling concepts at the system level
Position 2: WebSphere Portal lead
Key Words: UI, WebSphere Portal,
Responsibilities:
The hands-on WebSphere Portal lead position, will be responsible for the architecture development and migration of external/internal facing websites and web applications to the WebSphere Product Suite.
· Design and develop process enabled external and internal facing Portals
· Design and build end-to-end architecture of component-based services-oriented internet/intranet web application frame work using J2EE and WebSphere Portal Platform
· Provide detailed system design documentation and deliverables such as functional requirements process flows use cases user interface modeling UML diagrams sequence diagrams component and deployment diagrams class diagrams data models technical specifications architecture diagrams.
· Evolve SOA based web application framework into rapid portal development platform with reusable business services and processes configurable application integrations (EAI) with transactional systems.
· Must have working knowledge with Web Security (SSL Digital Signatures) and e-Commerce Gateways
· Expert familiarity with WebSphere Portal Administration WebSphere Workplace Content Management Administration and WebSphere Application Server Administrations (Configuration Clustering Tuning Deployment Distribution etc.)
