Our Current understanding of Client’s needs:

Client Industries would like to evaluate their QA Processes to possibly create a Testing Practice.  The goal for this engagement is to formulate a plan to address the following objectives:

ü  Reduced  Test  cycle time and improved quality

ü  Define right testing approach in Client’s  IT environment

ü  Define the appropriate QA Strategy from the requirements capturing phase to the QA sign-off phase

ü  Define Checklists/Guidelines/SLA for each testing service category

ü  QA tools centralization with cost justification

ü  Resource utilization, tools, training needs identification

ü  Strategy for optimizing the environments usage

ü  Strategy for release and data management
