[WarInEur] A question on WITE1st

Since there is a discussion of WITE 1^st I figured I could go ahead and ask this.

 

I had the original WITE and then converted over to the WIE and some where along the line I either sold/lost/gave away my first edition copy. I remember there was a Hitler No-Retreat rule in the game that disappeared in the 2^nd edition. If anyone still has the game coups someone please let me know how that rule was worded and its restrictions and condition?
