I
strongly request any changes from BWIE be the optional rules, i.e with all the
options declined, one is playing BWIE via a computer interface.
Taken as read...
Hence
playing WITHOUT Severe Weather is an optional rule as this rule in inherent in
BWIE.
I would agree with this also
Would be nice if all the BWIE rules were enforced by the
computer - all the gamemanship computer gamers utilize to bypass rules not
enforced go aways.
yup
Also the KC 'House Rules' should not integrated into the game,
they were rejected by the majority of the player pool in the BWIE
days.
yes...
All roads to start from the pure game which is
initiated from a single button interface...
Something along the lines of:-
NEW GAME
<Button> BWIE (with
near as can be got standard rules)
<Button> CWIE (which
includes options as set out in current game)
<Button> CWIE
II (Expansions,
options, other features extra scenarios etc etc)
As the jumping off points perhaps?
Theoretically it should be possible to get the base
package right?
