The following changes have been made in this kit:

    NAMED-040_A051 -- ECO Rank 0
    ----------------------------
    - Implement latest ISC security patch. ISC released updates to
combat a potential attack exploiting weaknesses in the DNS
protocol which can enable the poisoning of caching recursive
resolvers with spoofed data. Bind 8.4.2 has been updated to
8.4.2-p1 with this random source port scheme.
                (D/E 10750)

    This kit also includes :

    NAMED-031_A051 -- ECO Rank 3
    ----------------------------
    - Corrects variable initialization error found during testing of -030 kit

    NAMED-030_A051 -- ECO Rank 3
    ----------------------------
    - Implement functionality which forces the nameserver to return only
the top-rated (least busy) host IP address in a cluster service
environment. This will occur when the system logical
        MULTINET_CLUSTER_SERVICE_BEST_ANSWER is defined.
      (DE 10520 ECO NAMED-030_A051) ECO Rank: 3

    NAMED-020_A051 -- ECO Rank 2
    ----------------------------
    - Implements Bind 8.3 enhancement which increases nameserver chaining
distance from 1 to 3. Solves recursive resolution problem with
        remote nameservers.
      (DE 10487 ECO NAMED-020_A051) ECO Rank: 2

    NAMED-010_A051 -- ECO Rank 2
    ----------------------------
    - Correct an error which can cause NAMED to get an ACCVIO on Itanium
      systems. (DE 10156)

You need to restart the Nameserver for these changes to take effect. The
    following command will do it:
        $ MULTINET NETCONTROL DOMAINNAME RESTART
