I am attempting to enter BEP in Alaska, and I am finding great difficulty
working with the state to begin training.
There is some question regarding what is expected in terms of time. I have
been told to expect 'two to three years' of training prior to certification
as a vendor. I was also told certification was based on the level of
operation expected. (Alaska does not have more than one certification).
Please let me know what other states are requiring for training. I was only
able to determine info on thirteen states, based on Web pages.
