Hope you haven't installed SP2 on top of an existing SP3 installation. 
Shouldn't work, but you never know...

Not sure about the service for dial-up - not aware of one.  Might be 
worth doing a driver scan via driveragent.com (fairly reliable, but not 
free beyond the scan) to see if drivers might be an issue.

When creating disk images, set True Image to break the image into a 
number of files to get around the FAT32 4GB limitation.  I specify 2.15 
GB, as two of these will fit on a standard DVD.

Never seen a problem with SP3 myself.
