Re my earlier posting on here:

"Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, since our website was redesigned
a couple of months ago, we have had problems with compatibility to some
operating systems including Mac OS, Firefox and Linux. Our online services
are currently undergoing a complete redesign and as we introduce the
changes they will be fully tested on all operating platforms. The timescale
we have been given for this is 4-6 months. I appreciate that this is quite
a wait, however, the end result should be worth waiting for. Please accept
apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused."

At least they're not ignoring the issue.
