No direct sunlight and similar distance from any items of furniture,
but the room does get the sun first thing and so is a little warmer
today as it's quite a warm day.
The CPU fan is quite dusty, as are the other fans, despite an air
filter. I hope to give the internals an overhaul soon and will clean
the fan blades.
I've just managed to load another CD with a crash, so I agree that it
is most likely excess heat.
