Buy a new one and it will come with Vista, DVD, wireless and a modem.
Actually, apart from Vista itself I'd go for one that does have those
because software is starting to be available only on DVD, and wireless means
you don't have to search for a network port if you're working away from
home. One place that might be worth a look is
http://www.morgancomputers.co.uk/ who specialise in end of line and
overstock stuff. It's also worth checking where you're studying as they
might have things available as well.
