Yes, Microsoft are one of those altruistic, warm and fuzzy corporations,
only too happy to let anyone use their IP in any way they see fit. They
would never dream of enforcing their copyrights, or seeking damages from
people who infringe them. So it would be totally unfair to treat
Microsoft any differently from the way they treat people who take their
IP. Just ask TomTom.
