It doesn't say anything about being energy efficient, so it probably
isn't. An Antec Earthwatts 380W should be in budget and save money on
the electricity bill in the long term.
The cheaper Earthwatts only have about 83% average efficiency which IS average.
See December's Computer Shopper for a group test which puts the 380W Antec
middle of the table.
