Home and student Office is for any one but Business users Now.
Yes, I'm glad they changed the rules to allow childless folks to get the
Home edition, and business users to pay full whack - though they never
do if larger than the one man band company not on volume licensing.
The student deal gives cheap access to PowerPoint, Access and Publisher
- all applications that have specific courses taught in School and
College, and those that previously meant lots of pirate copies of Office
Professional were floating about. £40 for Office 2007 Ultimate ain't so
bad :-)
Ps your not
allowed to write your best seller on it but Who is going to check which WP
you used when the publish your book
Perhaps the grammar and spelling checker autocorrects differently in
Home & Student as it does in Business / Ultimate versions, and a
Microsoft droid spends her life reading published texts, spotting
tell-tales and issuing writs.
Hang on, there's someone at the door ....
