Used Scan twice; delivery next day on each occasion, although only Standard
(and free) specified.
Second time had an incorrect component (only the mobo, so not essential to
a build); RMA'd it OK but then had to wait for the correct one to come in
(very new at the time and not readily available), but everything OK
eventually.

Oh yes, I ordered a monitor off Today Only, did it by 'phone and didn't
mention the reduced price. It's not picked up automatically, so I paid
about £30 extra. A couple of PMs to the Sales Manager, via Hexus Forum, and
the refund was made.

So, overall, not perfect but sorted quickly.

OK, what's E-buyer like these days?
I had a DOA TV, RMA'd it, got the refund, but was carriage out-of-pocket
for something that I hadn't had (there wasn't a replacement available).
Also cost a bit in 'phone calls, so not happy and haven't been back since,
but this was over 2 years ago.

It's not rocket science, you know.
