Been there done that, I was planning a message attached to a brick through the window in the end I bypassed the customer circus switchboard by phoning the office and asking to be transferred this after 5 calls the longest on hold was 45 minutes before they cut me off. I would only recommend them to people I hate and despise.
Computeractive rattle their cage regularly.

I've never had any problems with Scan, done a few RMAs before as well. The biggest problem is that they use City Link, who aren't too reliable round here
