In System Properties/User Profiles, his profile is listed as type local, size 1,516,843KB. Is there anything that can be done to edit or repair this down to a more manageable size, or does it need to be deleted? And if it is deleted, what sort of information will need to be copied across to the new profile? Take a look at the profile in Explorer and use something like Tree View to show which folders contain the most data. any files on the desktop? Temp Internet Files etc.Take a copy of the profile in Explorer before deleting it via System Properties so anything needed is kept. You can then always copy across to the new profile. |
