You need a dual-socket S771 motherboard like these:

These only take FBDIMMS (fully buffered) rather than normal DDR2:

Dual-socket S771 boards usually need an EPS power supply, which is like ATX 2.x except that the CPU power is provided by an 8-pin rather than a 4-pin connector:

Cards are all standard.

Note that due to the price of the board and the RAM, there's not really any reason to build such a system unless you really need 8 cores or >8GB RAM.
