Well rebooting to me isn't that conveniant, I shall just have to get into he 
habit of starting the TV app everytime I boot my PC then just keep it 
minimised with the sound muted when I don't want to watch TV, once its up 
and running it seems to work OK. I couldn't buy a tele becuase the PC is in 
my bedroom I do have a tele in the lounge to watch if I was that desperate.
