To be fair to ebuyer, the cn700 limitation is well buried. There's 
nothing in the j7f4 mobo manual, nor anything online at either jetway or 
via that I could find.  I heard of the problem from the mobo supplier 
(mini-itx, btw; their tech support has been very helpful) - they say 
they source their memory from the states (they also charge 3x the price 
- hence why I went to crucial :-)  )
