Failing that Acronis True Image, which is what MaxBlast is, can be had 
for a trial period. http://www.acronis.com

There's a few utilities on the "Ultimate Boot CD for Windows".

I've not tried them though, wasn't sure if they supported cloning to a 
different sized HDD.
