URGENT: Need tzdata package update to fix a regression

Hi,

I am in  Bangladesh (+6/+7), it was +7 till yesterday and today after
tzdata package was updated it is +6 :(, but after our time zone is
still UTC +0700. I missed a meeting for this today :(. I need urgent
help on fixing this.

# dpkg-reconfigure tzdata

Current default timezone: 'Asia/Dhaka'
Local time is now:      Fri Oct 23 14:36:39 BDST 2009.
Universal Time is now:  Fri Oct 23 08:36:39 UTC 2009.

Please help.
