It depends on how they are connected to the same modem. And it depends
on what kind of modem. But my first reaction is, in general, the answer
is no if you are talking about a serial or telephone modem.
You can have one connected to the modem and have the second one access
the modem through the first one if you are talking about a serial
telephone modem.
