Apart from in a virtual machine, I don't think there is any easy way.
If you don't have a CD burner, could you get it and burn it in an
Internet cafe or library? Or put it on a USB key and take it to a
friend or other place where they have a CD burner?
Failing that, Canonical will send you a CD for free if you cannot burn your own.
Be warned: if you are an absolute beginner, you might have an easier
ride with the 32-bit edition.
