Surely there must be some way to *add* applications to Firefox?
The manage file types dialogue I mentioned earlier has no "Add" button,
and the "Remove" button is grayed out for all but the last two entries
(PDF and RA). I seem vaguely to remember installing those two myself,
but can't work out how I did it!
Is there some other way of getting to the list of "helper applications"?
