Gutsy, Xen 3.1 and VNC

Hi,
I try to setup a fully virtualized Windows XP guest with a Gutsy dom0
The domU launching (with "xm create /etc/[...]/winxp.cfg") is without 
any error message.
But when I try to connect to it with vncviewer it gets a connection 
refused (111).

I dont understand.
HEre are the packages installed:

I also join the configuration of the domU

Any suggestion would be welcome.
