Hi there,
I have a Lenovo Thinkpad Z61t and everything just *works* with Ubuntu
Feisty. Admittedly I had to shrink the windoze partition to install,
but no problems there. the only thing on this laptop that does not work
(yet!) is the little webcam, which is not recognised.
This model has a titanium lid and is extremely rugged.
If you do decide to go this route I can email you a doc I wrote for
myself with instructions for setup, bluetooth etc.
