Gutsy Gibbon Tribe 6?

Folks, 

Just wondering what the right mailing list is for Gutsy Gibbon
development. Can't quite figure it out from the
https://lists.ubuntu.com/#Community+Support page. 

I notice from the schedule that Tribe 6 is supposed to be out today, but
don't see it yet, and can't find any discussion of such in at least some
mailing list archives.
