You can have your account as admin and there account can be limited.
Just uninstall all programs not need for your workers. I'm not sure how
to do this but they won't know about the package manager so they will
just have to work. And you can remove the menu bar if you want to. Just
right click the bar and remove menus or the bar itself. Hope this helps.
