I have already reinstalled version 177. I tried version 173 and returned to 177 with the restricted driver tool.

You will have to reinstall the nVidia drivers. There are several ways
to do this (restricted driver install or manually from the nVidia site
to name 2). However you initially installed is the probably the best.
