Tengo el mismo problema ( y me sobra 154 gigas de disco duro).
Estoy en drapper en 64 bits, y he probado a reinstalar GDM, KDM, las X, ha hacer un reconfigure de las mismas, y sin resultado, y una curiosidad, puedo iniciar sesión en TERMINAL SEGURO, pero no en GNOME SEGURO.
