Hi,
Following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeatureSpecifications and
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bug/59356 I announce that I create
new specification.
Desktop translator were a gnome panel applet for that desktop user could
translate ubuntu applications
I'm not a developer, just a desktop user. So I don't know what are the
necessary technical details for implementing (if it's aproved) so change
the spec at your own.
