This does indeed match 144059. Unfortunately, i'm not sure what is causing
it. The most useful thing would be to narrow down a reproducer for it. One
thing that i've noticed is that: 'used obsolete /dev/cua' messages seem to
appear in the logs. Have you noticed any? Any other observations, help
much appreciated.
