Compiling taglib as Mac OS X framework

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to compile taglib as a Mac framework, but  
can't figure it out.  I saw on this list where it was suggested that  
there was a qmake file within the source that would generate the  
xcodeproject, but I cannot find a qmake file anywhere.  Am I missing  
something?
