I asked my wife (she is a lawyer in japan) and she told me it wasn't
illegal either in japan or in international laws (I cannot tell for
any particular country, but this is "general").
It's only illegal if there is images, insulting expressions or
incitations.
She suggested to create a policy for the libsdl website, which
clearly states what can be added to the list or not.
She also encouraged to categorize websites, as simple as possible,
like "suited for everybody" and "be warned, this can hurt your
sensibility".
At last, she told me the best solution (speaking of the law) was to
totally remove the listing and encourage a community like freshmeat
to create an SDL section. Thus keeping SDL staff (hello ryan:) ) free
of any work or "risk".
