Dear Henry Weinstein MD:
Are you aware what happened to me?
Do you know I was sexually abused?
Do you know my medical records are fraudulent?
Do you know I was so severely psychologically abused
in Rivamonte's office, I went temporarily insane?
Do you that while I was insane, after I told
both Smith and Rivamonte I was suicidal,
Neither did anything for almost a month?
Do you know Smith was not returning my frantic calls
during the month of May 2004?
Do you know none of this is included in Smith's
medical files?
Do you know Smith told me he "taking care of this"
and I need no lawyer?
Do you Smith repeated lied about what happened to me?
Do you know that NO ONE should be treated
as I was in Rivamonte's office?
Do you know that is abuse, neglect, and misconduct?
Do you know Smith took advantage of my incapacity?
Do you know I thought I was dead after May 13 2004?
Do you know I spent almost 16 months in complete solitude?
Do you know whatever you "approved" in regard to Smith's
care of me, as stated in my medical records,
almost killed me?
Do you know what "conflict of interest" is, in regard
to medical care, specifically psychotherapy?
Do you know what medical "privacy" means, in NY State?
Do know what "medical fraud" means, in NY State?
Do you know I was sexually violated?
Do you know I was told the abuse was "my reality,"
and therefore, unverifiable?
Do you what abuse, and subsequent denial by another
professional, does to one's mental status?
Do you know that abuse by a therapist is lethal?
Do you know that abuse by a therapist is illegal?
