not aware of such a program, but me thinks that would be extremely
tedious "to generate images for the math equations and then import
these imagesinto MS Word". Just think of all the in-line equations you
would need to deal with. In any case, why would you want to convert
the latex code into MS Word? Converting DVI to PS (for printing), PDF
(for viewing/printing), and HTML (for web) should cover all possible
cases.
