Sorry for this but i mean that H is a separable space(typing mistake)

..there is a proof using this steps:
we extend the function on span({y1}UZ) where y1 in H\Z with the form
g1(x+ay1)=f(x)+ac then we find c....(in countable steps) ...we can find
the extension on the dense suspace....etc
but i think there is another way for doing this proof.cuz it seems to
be very poor.
