Here is a new (actually, 30 year old) What?Where?When? question that has an amazing answer: What great Russian thinker invented the famous Sputnik, the first artificial earth satellite? And in what year? I for one hadn't noticed that fact before. I am glad to have axed this question of you, guys. P.S. The Russian word "sputnik" means "fellow traveler". |
