In a two-valued system, a truth function (or truth evaluation) is a
function on the domain of the sentences of a language into the range
{truth falsehood}, thus assigning to a sentence either the value truth
or the value falsehood.
Truth is one of the two truth values, with falsehood being the other.
The truth value of a sentence is truth iff the sentence is true, and
the truth value of a sentence is falsehood iff the sentence is false.
