Yup. I've been touching typing for 20 years.

You're again showing how your lack of imagination limits you.
Who says you MUST press a key with fingers? I press Ctrl with my palm
using the area below my little finger (when you hold the hand with
fingers stretched and pointing up). That minimizes the movement
required, allowing me to press Ctrl and still stay on the home row
(for the right hand, it has to be displaced sideways a bit so that
index finger is now over L key).
In a nutshell, I touch-typing using more than just 10 fingers.
