Presumably Libya (at least in the north) falls in with N. Egyptian, rather than with your other N.African or African?

African:                Sudan, Chad, creoles & pidgins

Syro-Mespotamian forms a bridge between levantine and Iraqi, Egyptian
and Levantine are quite close.
