You've got your wires crossed Bob.
What we're talking about, well I presume its what JP is speaking of, is that
certain forms of minerals that plants can take up aren't suitable nutrition
for people eg, iron or copper. A person doesn't take iron or copper filings
but can take these minerals up by eating the plants that have absorbed them.

And its a wonder you haven't killed yourself if you don't know about all the
poisons in everyday foods that pass for harmless additives - but then you
