Hi Jo.  I placed the files in a winzip archive and uploaded it to my ftp 
site.  You can download the zip file by right clicking on the link below 
and selecting "save target as" then saving it to your computer:

The zip file is about 4.2 megabytes, so if you have a slow connection, it
